I would like to put the willie g. shifter peg on my '09 fat bob, however the parts catalog says it will not fit an '06 and later dyna w/ forward controls (my bike). I did put on the willie g. small break pad, even though the parts catalog said it would not fit . All I had to do was remove the stock rubber pad (kind of a pain) and slide the new brake pad on and secure it with a screw. Does anyone have the willie g. shifter peg on their '06 and later dyna with forward controls? Why does harley say some of their stuff won't fit certain bikes even though they do?
