Default A Question About Remap....

I am not a wrench.....

So if you remap the ECM is it a file???
i.e.

If I was to give the stealer the file, would I not have to pay for it????
Just the labor?????

My 2006 Dyna is getting slash down or baloney SEII's
SE Air cleaner & First Service

If someone could lemme know or refer me to a thread about this,
or anything about EFI....

I'd greatly appreciate it

THanx

I don't get your question. Why would you have the file to give to the dealer?

YES,...... it is a file download but only available to the Harley Dealership and yes you will have to pay for it. My local dealership quoted me $149 for the download and $50 labor.

I agree with ya,..I think that $50.00 is a bunch of crap for something that takes only a few seconds to do, and just to think I even bought my bike from this dealer. I guess its all about the dollar for most of em.

!!!!Holy Rip-offs Batman!!!!

$50 labor to hook up one cable and click the mouse a couple of times is hardy worth $50! Buy a SERT and swap files to your hearts content.
