Yeah I swapped out the seat out already. I like the looks of the 09 seat but that's about it. It sits you 1-2" further forward than the pre 08 seats which I don't like. I snagged the 08 seat off ebay for like $60.

Rambobob, I am married wife just won't ride. We have two kid's 3-1/2 and 21month old. She's too worried something will happen and the kids will be left parentless. I didn't help these thought's when I hit a deer 4 months ago and she got the " you're husband was in a motorcycle accident, I suggest you get to the hospital" call.

Thanks for the comments already. I have something's in mind as for mods but I'm a little gun shy about cutting stuff up already. Mainly the license plate / taillight, that sucker is like 200. My plan is to chop that off and run a side mount. I haven't owned it 6 hours yet so I had to put the cut off wheel down. Maybe tomorrow.
