thats a crap load of HP and TQ. that enough power to tow a trailer with another bike on it no problem.
My 3.0 V6 truck only has 160 HP and 185 TQ and it weight 3200 pounds i couldn't imagine that HP at 700 lbs.

doesn't the BMW 1200 and V-max put out close to that much power with a significant weight savings to boot? I only ask this cause you said the bike was originally too powerful for the street. Still an amazing job.
