Default PC IV and Big Sucker installed!

I installed the PC IV and the Big Sucker on my 09 Street Bob today. The bike feels like it has much more power and it is alot smoother. The only question I have is there is what I believe to be some kind of diagnostic port that was attached to the original air cleaner which just hangs now. What should be done with it, should it be zip tied to the throttle body or is there another solition? Any information would be appreciated.

That connection is only used on european bikes. Disregard it. yes, just zip tie it up and out of the way.
