...luggage rack that HD offered for the Fat Bob, so... I made my own:

That's the way the Nightster comes from the factory so I'd say it would be enough.

Yea, I've got my own 2nd thoughts about it also, so I'm thinkin' about those LED bulbs that install in place of the stock bulbs.

That's a dual element bulb (like the front sigs...3 wires)... that would make the Nightster brake lights brighter.

I've got to get the wiring schematics for the Nightster & splice in a pair of front sigs for the rear.
