good and bad about a streetbob???

Street Bob is a great bike.. I personally would look at the 2007, got the "new bigger" engine 96ci.
If you are a dragbar rider, go for 2006 or 2007 (wider range of bars because of the "stupid" toptree on the 2008-2009)
Bad would be (for some) that it´s not ready for passenger.
It´s one of the most popular Dynas, that means a lot of used parts everywhere..
Great bike to mod. Tip is to look at the members bikes here, som very nice modded Bobs in here!

well the 1 im checkin out is an 06 it has v&h short shots,2up,sissy bar and black poweder coated engine.and yes they are gonna cut me check if i take it.it has the mini apes which i like.but i hate spoke wheels..and the bike has 11000+ miles.i only have 3100.but i miss the true harley sound and they layback ride...so i dont know yet.just looking for chatter...thanks

Well, it should come up, Inner primary bearings on 06, stator/rotor? issues, nothing wrong with the 88 inch motor though...
at 11k, the bike should be pretty cheap, plenty of low low millage street bobs around, especially in the tough economic times...
good thing though, that bike has forwards, complete sissy bar setup, wind shield, id make sure on if it has a fuel pack or some kind of tuner..
