Been toying with T bars. Not sure whether to go for 4" or 6" rise. Are there any clearance issues with them on full lock?
Was hoping the T bars being narrower and a little more forward leaning may be a little more comfortable on the longer faster runs.
I,ve seen some with built in indicators, don,t know if they are any good. I,d sure appreciate any info you guys might have before i jump in. Jeez this could be the forth set of bars, three internally wired..... does it ever end LOL.

Reason: Title should be Which T bars
Thanks for the info guys. I did see a set of bars on Mudpuddles Dyna with 5" rise and thats about the lowest possible for clearance as far as i can see. So i,ll probably go a little higher.
I have the same exact question, so thank you for posting this thread. I've been looking at the street slammers for a while, just not sure I want to take the plunge without seeing some examples.
and by the way - Do not search google for "Slammer Drag Bars" - some things cannot be unseen.
I went with Wild-1 model 507s with a 10" rise and 12" pull-back. That seems high, but look at my pics and see that with my 3" tank lift, it really isn't. The resulting hand position is very comfortable for the 4+ hour rides I am accustomed to.
Wild-1 makes other drag models. Check them out. They're affordable and high quality. Many here really like Carlini drags too.
I'm using Wild 1 model W0500 bars on my street bob. It's a 4" rise and just clears the tank, especially the turn signals (which I want to relocate anyway). If I ever want to do a tank lift those bars may not work.
Here's a link for their bars and dimensions:
Thanks again for the info, as we all know there are so many variables its not so straight forward as it at first seems.
Nevil hows the comfort/feel with your bars?
