Hey, superfastglide, is that the stock FXD triple tree and fork legs? That fat tire looks great..

Started with this '02 FXD last September (pristine, unmolested & <16k miles)-
Winter mods complete-
Building a FLST front end for 'er & have complete uppers, lowers & 16" FLSTC wheel in hand. Scoutin' the 'bay & CL for FXDWG trees (will go CCE if I can't find a set- I'm not hackin' up a set of Softail trees). Gonna stuff RT springs & Gold Valve emulators in 'em, along with a set of Sway-a-Way shocks for the rear. Plan is to get the suspension right over the summer & wait till next winter to get into the engine.

Agove- that Luxury Blue sure pops in the sunlight, don't it? I was hell-bent on painting 'er green, as in retina searing, flaked out, candy lime green. When the sun hits that blue, tho, it deff makes me reconsider. Some old-school (off)white scallops, with just a touch of red & gold pinstriped accents would be stunning on that blue. Decisions, decisions...

Getting a 1/4 fairing this weekend for cold weather and longer trips.
