I love the tins on the new muscle.

Does anyone have any pics of a V-Rod built in the outlaw style?

I realize there is a market for them. And to each their own. But I consider the VRod blasphemous to the Harley name. In short, I hate it.
That's what I was trying to say. I have a very specific image/concept what a harley is and should be. We can be narrow-minded together. This is not the start of a bro-mance. lol

Ditto! My feelings exactly. I feel the same way about a RKC or StreetGlide as well. Love to have any of them but I'm not giving up my bike to get one.

I really like the looks of the Night Rod, but the riding position is not for me. The drag bars just have me too stretched out. I guess my arms are not long enough for it. I rode a standard V-Rod and liked it much better. If money were no object, I would love to have the standard V-Rod for a second bike, but there are several other Harleys I would choose ahead of it.

As for the Muscle I'm not a fan of it. To each their own, but I think it's ugly.

My brother has a 2002 V-Rod ... first year. All silver bike, very nice ... I like 'em alright, but not enough to jump ship from FXD lineup ....

Dig that ol' shovelhead, though ....

You just can't beat an ol shovel. Some apes would make this a sweet ride.

I'd roll this bike in an instant. I'd keep the fairing and get better pipes.

I wouldn't trade my FXDB for it, but it'd be nice as a 2nd ride.

I guess I'm stuck in the 50's. They don't fit my vision of an HD. I have no desire to own one and don't give 'em a second look.

I think the night rod is a sweet ride, and if money was not the issue I would get one. But I think my next ride is going to be a street glide. That is years down the road and as a second ride.
