Anyone got a pic of the fender struts with the detachable hardware on it. No side plates or anything just a close look at what it looks like detached. Thanks

Ok thanks guys that helps.

I was going to get the Haulin *** backrest but thinking of getting the QD instead. I like the HA one but since it wont be on the bike much I think I would like a taller one so it could also be used for luggage when needed.

Going to order the chrome strut covers soon so was going to go ahead and get the QD hardware on while I have it apart.

I have same setup on my 2007 FXDC as DYJ does. I only put on my HD sissy bar when I am traveling. I have a 21" Kuryakyn "roll bag" and I sit it on the rear fender bib and secure the roll bag to the sissy bar. Works great. I'd secure my wife to the sissy bar but she refuses to ride.

They really don't look that bad and anyone whose got a Harley knows what they are and accept this one "flaw"...lol
