Are they the heavy duty 412s? I got the heavy duties on mine and even though it looks like the belt guard and fender could hit there's physically not enough travel in the shocks to let that happen. Riding slammed takes some getting use to, if you see a bump and think "that doesn't look bad" ... you're about to bottom out haha. Looks great though! That was the first mod I made to mine. Changes the whole attitude of the bike.

Man.... HUGE difference! You don't notice how high the bike sites until you compare the before and after.

You might want to get a 1" under kickstand, or have your kickstand bent in a hydralic bender.

I took my upper guard off.

I have the Heavy duty's and my ride is GREAT! Of course I only ride solo, and I left them in the factory "middle" adjustment.

Rides much better except when you hit a pothole or bump... The front springs and heavier oil make a huge difference too.

Thanks for the comments fellas, just put about 200 miles on it through the mountains and even caught a little snow
