Got the new exhaust today and put it on. Seems a little quieter and a little more torque than the last. Haven't had it re-dyno'ed yet. Still using the map from the last pipe. I'll keep an eye on the plugs and adjust the number of disks if necessary until I can get it in. As far as looks, I like this one better.
Also, for reference, the Supertrapp uses the stock forward exhaust bracket and P-clamp in case you're switching from an aftermarket exhaust that didn't use it.
And here's some youtube links for comparison. All taken with the same camera at the same settings.
Icecaps - the supertrapp looks and sounds sweeet! I've been wanting them for my Fatbob, but my wallet is still stinging from the True Track and Super Brace. Thanks for taking the time to post the sound clips.
- CorbinHere's the same pipe on a FatBob. Have it quiet right now, just 16 disc and factory a/c. Going to put a TTS Master Tune on tommorrow and open everything up.
I got my ST from HD Tampa Corbin Welter - internet sales (cwelter@fermanmail.net) for an extremely good price, around $570 shipped.

What do you think of the build quality and were they packaged well for shipping?
Well packaged. Smaller than I thought it would be because the muffler is a slip-on setup.
As far a quality, these are better than the Ray Prices. The black coating is on both the pipe and heat shields. Seems to be more technology and effort into the design.
FWIW, I talked with the tech guys at Supertrapp, and they said I could go a few as 5 discs. I have run this (5) plus up to 12, which I have now. Didn't really notice much difference in power, just quieter with 5. I will probably take a few out before I get it Dyno'd (I have a stage 2 103 motor, btw, mostly interested in low and mid range torque).
