So, we have a fatbob and a lowrider. I really like the visibility of the headlights on the fatbob. What is a good way to add more lights to the front of the lowrider?
Thanks for any suggsetions- Carol
Kuryakyn makes a high output (brighter) light as well. If you mean put the dual headlamp system on a FXDL I don't think that'll work unless you swap out the entire front end.
Does Harley use the H style light bulb? If so you can change to the H7. I hope they do because I would like a brighter headlight. Need to be able to see all those GD deer.
HarleypsychRh why would you have to change the front end. as long and they are 06 and newer have the same front end. you should be able to just go to HD and get the dual headlights.

From what I saw, the fat bob almost looks like a wide glide front end. The low rider has always been a narrow glide set up (although the newer ones may be a approaching mid-glide territory. I'm not exactly sure but I thinking there's no way it'll fit...but...I heard a guy say one time ("If you have enough time and money you can make anything work"...). If it fits they'll be a notation in the catalog..I doubt seriously it will.
I've put dual headlights on my sportster and added aux lights to he Dyna.
The dual headlights will work on narrower forks if you have a bracket that pushes the lights out in front of the fork tubes instead between them.
The aux lights on my Dyna are Motolights. Mounted off the fender bolts it gives a triangular light look to oncoming traffic. They aren't cheap but work well.

www.motorcyclemetal.com. He has a top of the line HID kit for the stock headlight. Will get way more light than the fatbob and cost less than those dual headlights from H-D.
