Default Auxiliary Lights for Dyna

Has anyone put the HD auxiliary lights on their Dyna &nbsp\\; how difficult &amp\\; will they work with a quick detach windshield

I dont think you can fit them unless you are willing to trim the shield

You can use the HD QD shield if you radius the lower corners. You might not have to if you mount the lights under the lower tree. If you want it to look symmetrical, and mount the lights on the same plane as the headlight, the windshield wont fit at all without major reconstructive surgery to the windshield brackets.

ooh come on now... where there is a will htere is a way!
i drilled and tapped mine into my lower trees on my forks! granted now they have since been powder coated black but you get the idea

Joe,
As usual, your idea are great (borderline genius).
Since bikecop specified the HD passing lights, like the behemoths I got, I figured I'd let him know what I found.
I also have the QD screen that leaves no hardware when its off, if that makes a difference.
By the way, adding frenched rings to the passing lights adds another burr in the saddle trying to get it all to fit right. But thats another story.

ya i hated the windshield glare i would get so i went low... on my girls bike i used regular fog lights for 20 bucks at wally world, check it out, made a t bracket and was golden!

HD makes a windshield that is already cut for aux lights on a Dyna.&nbsp\\; It's in the catalog.
