Those are the same risers or close to what I have. Mine are 1 1/4 and it is a bitch to get the allen wrench in there. I had to grind one down. But they do look clean.

you asked... so IMHO, i never really liked the ape hanger thing. I prefer drag bars. but i will say it looks pretty radical. If you really wanna set it off, you should put on some wide trees so the forks match the base width on the bars.
