Arrow FB fender struts

Has anyone taken the fender struts off of their fat bob? I am curious how it looks? Any pics or info on the process with the unique FB tail lights would be appreciated.

Default Why did HD butcher my struts?

Thanks fot the info and your bike is sweet! I kinda like the fender that is on it I just want a simple, non-chrome set of struts hanging out there. I am going to change the tail lights out for the Astro LEDs by Joker machine. So do I need to look for a completely different set of struts or to avoid the holes and nuts and bolts and f**k'n mess or what?

if you're going to use the stock turn sigs then you will just have the 2 bolts at the front of the struts. if you're not using them then it will look like this.

Loudazzfatbob: did you have to do any fabrication to your struts to make them look like that? I see you chopped your fender. I don't see where your tail lights would have mounted?

EXACTLY!! The sigs go back into the rear holes on the strut. Just use the bolt that was already holding them to the strut. All you really need for the job is a solder iron.
