I'll be calling them on Monday to order. This definitely looks to make the install ALOT simpler.

The 14" Wild 1 chubby bar is perfect for me. My hands are at shoulder level because I am a medium torso. SC-Longhair has the same package in a 16". That looks great too. These Wild 1 bars are very high quality, internal wire capable and 1 1/4" thick. They taper down at the risers and grips to accept stock controls.

I bought some bars that came from Hill Country Customs and were supposedly Wild 1 Chubby bars but upon inspection found they were not really Wild 1 bars. They still look great mind you but the Wild 1 Chubby etching that is supposed to be on the right side bar where it tapers down was not there. Was this writing in the picture on your bars?

Yes, they are real.
Also, if you look at the Wild 1 website, they list Hill Country Customs as an official dealer.

I am not by any means a MC mechanic. It took me about 6-7 hours with some help. I think a good mechanic could do it in 2-3 hours.

Hmm good to know Tide. I am guessing the 14 inch bars I bought used must not have come from Hill Country Customs afterall then. Ah well they still look great. Now I just need to get them put on.
