Heat gun or hair dryer and peel it off. Mine took some serious patience as it had been on for about 5 years. Then goo gone or wd40 if there is residue left.

Default Frame Stickers

Having just done this, here's what worked for me. For the safety/VIN stickers, use a heat gun or hair dryer for about 3-4 minutes to activate the adhesive, and just peel it off slowly. You'll want to take your time to get as much of the adhesive off with the sticker that you can. Then when you're done, I used WD-40 to clean off the gummy residue. I then just sprayed the area down with a water bottle to ensure all of the heat stress and WD-40 didn't damage the paint. For the reflectors, I used the same technique expect I used dental floss to get behind and underneath the reflector and they came very easily. Same deal, cleaned em up, and ready to go.

I started that thread. I used a heat gun for 3-4 minutes and mine came right off with no risidual adhesive left. They came off clean as a whistle!
