Dobeck Performance tuners
When to a V-Twin shot today and asked about their dyno service. They told me they install a Dobeck Performance T.F.I. I have not heard anything about this tuner. How come? Anyone have any experience with these? Tell me about it. Pros, Cons? Thanks

I got one ... it's great. They make the black boxes for several 'name brand' EFI modules ... not sure which ones. For some reason I can't seem to access their website, but there is some pretty good stuff about Mark Dobeck ... he's been around performance fuel systems for a long time ....

I bought one from phat over the winter.It piggy backs your fuel injectors and eliminates your o2 sensors.I dont have it dialed in right know its running rich from the looks of my plugs.But its easy to tune. I have it on my tank bib infrount of my seat.There are 4 small screw pots. Green is air fuel mixture,yellow is acceleration fuel,red is main jet,last is rpm pot.My gas mileage has been around 40.Im running a big sucker ac and python 2 into 1 pipes.The motor runs good and theres no backfire so far im happy with it.

I have one. It works great. It did a good job with adding throttle response to my mid-range after I lost some due to adding true duals. Tuned correctly, you will still get good mileage. My mileage is in the low to mid 40's with most riding.

Wow. With ya'll having such good luck with them, think I better get one. I see they make them for different brands (ie. polaris, yamaha, Honda). Does it matter what one you buy? Also seems like there webpage needs some work, do you just call them and place an order, because can't seem to place an order online. Whats a good price for one?

Helped my friend put one on his softail and it works good. Dobeck gives a great discount for military if that applies in your case. I think he got his for $150
