have looked at this several times now... keeps growin on me... like it a lot... guess you could check out different style blades and all.. what size is that one?
i did the same thing and rattle canned it wrinkle black... my paint job didnt turn out the greatest so i havent rode with it much yet... going to have it p-coated wrinkle in the next few weeks. i dig the look... but i found a blade that was just a hair bigger (1/2" or so) so the saw tooths stick out more and covers the foam seal. the teeth do dig into your leg a bit if not careful... but something i found i could live with for the look...
WAY TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX, but i think i saw it on here a year or better ago... but probably no one in your area will be rocking anything like that!
I like it. It'll definitely stand up to the beating a lot better than the 4 cd's I've tried. Cd's fit perfectly but usually crack and break off within a few hundred miles. Haven't figured out how to isolate them from the shock of major bumps.
[edit] If you're a fan of Six Feet Under, they have a cd that has a print of a sawblade on it with some cool graphics. Maybe come up with some cool graphic for your blade. Maybe a Dewalt sticker. lol
