Memorial Day Run - 1st eva bob run.
Steel_Insane suggested that we create another thread to keep things simple the other one was starting to get a bit unmanageable. So this is a summary of what we have so far, feel free to chime in.
The attitude is not to exclude anyone, if you ride you are welcome to join.

Here's the Plan
We are planning to leave the friday before memorial day (May 22nd) and return on sunday or monday (yet to be determined).
Here are the currently tentative way points.

So far we have confirmed dealer support from City Limits HD in IL (thanks Joe!)
There are a dozen 2, 3, and 4 star hotels, 4-7 miles from Grinds Place in the Milwaukee area, ranging from $60-140. They're basically clustered in three spots. It was interesting getting directions from Grinds house to them. We are also considering creating a shirt, ideas are welcome.

Tentative Schedule:
Friday May 22nd
-East coasters start heading towards IL with the way points above with meeting in youngstown at around 12-1.
-At IL, BBQ and Cruise with Joe.
Saturday May 23rd
-Ride up to the Museum in the morning
-Miller Brewing Tour
-Party and camping at Grinds place
Sunday 24th
-Breakfast ride
-Start heading home or heading to IL and spend another night before heading back on the 25th.

well it looks like we are gonna have more than just dyna coming... i know joe said he had some buddys on rockets, choppers, cafes... so maybe we just need to name it something not specific to the dyna fam or even HD... but i'm on the temp list so the final say should be from attendees.
i cant think of anything good at this point...maybe... something memorial day themed, milwaukee themed... i dont know though

i do like the Brew City Crew run! or something to that extent.. the brew city deal is cool...

you know i was thinking the same exact thing... but thats what those cheese heads call that city... but brew city is much better i agree... and like the can idea!
