Default before and after

i am just about done with the rebuild from the fall and here is what it looks like. i changed a number of things since the before. some by choice and some because it was cheaper than getting new harley parts. anyway here are the first pics:

Still trying to figure out how to do all that picture stuff. once i am done, i will do some better pics. the old girl in the back is a 66. it has been a project. i usually try to allow myself about 4 months worth of weekends in the winter to work on it. this year was supposed to be front end year. but it ended up being new carpet and furniture year and my daughter decided it was time to try biking. so she bought a yam that hadn't been started in 6 years. between the two i did not have time for my other project. i would have gone ahead this spring and worked on it but then the fall and i have spent the last few weekends on the bike. priorities you know...
