Default Street Bob Headlight
Anybody had any trouble with the Rivets in the headlight working loose and letting the headlight wobble? I noticed mine was loose at the Rivets yesterday. Anybody have a quick fix or a spare headlight?

Yep that happened to me. I had it replaced under warranty.

Mine were shot after a week, headlight vibrated so bad that it would make ya dizzy. I figured if I took it in for warranty that the replacement would end up the same way. Drilled the rivets out and put chrome allen head bolts in it with locknuts on the inside.

So far the one I had replaced has been fine but if it does happen again I'm gonna use the bolt method.

I used SS buttonheads on mine after I pulled it apart to paint the bucket...works great.
