Unhappy fork reflectors
I removed one reflector with fishing line.Once the thing was off there are shiney spots on my fork leg like maybe the fishing line rubbed it shiney.I couldnt fix it with alluminum polish so i put it back on.Any suggestions?

Pull the fork legs, strip the clear off with Aircraft stripper, polish them to a near chrome like finish...or....swap them for a set of chrome ones.

Suggestion: Ignore it. Only the person that has done the job will notice. Ever paint a room...and immediately your eye goes to the spot that you missed?
