Thanks Centerline.............it's an honor just be noticed on this Forum.....so many Awesome Bikes!!!
I agree....just happy to be nominated. Beyond that it doesnt matter, lots of great bikes here....nominated or not. Plenty got left out. Again just thanks for the nod.
To be "top dyna" more than looks need to be considered.... Function, handling, performance are the mainstay of the dyna platform... with that, compromising function, handling, and performance should be negatives towards the "top dyna" award. While many of the bikes in the top ten are some of the most favored dynas, a few certainly have been compromised for the almighty 'looks' category. Afterall, you can't be riding a 'top dyna' if you cant outhandle a softail, or have the ability to carry a passenger. So is this a which is prettier contest or an actual 'top dyna' contest where all aspects of the bike are considered?
"The main part about this is to have fun and represent some great bikes. Not worried about friendly banter or if there is a picture of a woman on your bike. Keep your comments respectful and civil." It's all fun, it won't make your bike any less fun to ride if it isn't in the contest.
Wish I would've seen this earlier. I would've nominated NazMan because his bike, although it's not tricked out, it has clean lines and displays the beauty of the Dyna line. Don't get wrong, I do like all of the nominees and it certainly won't be easy picking one. Let the fun begin!
I stopped voting in the bike of the month contest because of all the crappy attitudes and it seems like this is already heading that way. Sorry but I'm gonna pass on this voting but I will say there are some nice as hell bikes on here and the ones nominated do seem like some of the best of the bunch.
That's funny because it reminded me of "Most popular in his class" and yes I'm free to stay out of the thread, but my comments were respectful and this is America. Good luck all
..let me know who has the nicest bike
