I have the same conversion on mine
i love riding with the wife but hate the looks of the bike with the seat and rest on
now if she will just let me buy another bike...........

Yeah....it is a Memphis Shades Rio Grande

I have a set of throwover bags too for the full blown "family bike" but I have to figure out how to modify them to fit with the detachable backrest.
