Looks good man and I was afraid the wiring for the speedo wouldnt be long enough.

As for mirrors I had the same problem of seeing after changing my bars so I went with the Kury Magnum plus mirrors. They extend out 2 inches further so I can see again.

I don't think my mirrors are going to be very useful after swapping bars. They weren't very good even on the buckhorns that were on the bike. They don't stick out far enough. I could see a little but would sometimes have to kinda move my shoulder to see. I have not finished it enough to back it out of the shop and check the mirrors and such. Tonight I have to torque everything back down and adjust my throttle cables.

As far as the speedometer, Fuqua PM'd me and said to pull the grommet out of the neck and there was a lot of extra cable shoved down in there. I'm going to give that a try. It's long enough that I can get the speedo mounted on top of the new bars with it connected. It's just so tight that it will actually unplug it if I turn left and right. If I could get and inch or two it would work. I'm thinking that surely I can get and inch or two of cable from somewhere.

It's hard to get decent pics with the bike in my shop. I'll get some new pics with the bars installed this weekend and post them when I can get the bike out of the shop. Thanks to everyone for the advice and help.

I did the night train bars. Used 1 1/4 burly risers instead of the night train ones. great location for my arms. If you choose to clean up the front, night train throttle cables and a fatbob clutch will look best. I have a night train clutch cable. Maybe just an 1" too short. I have the cable attached to only 1 point on the downtube and it is not in the cable guide that sits low by the underside of the engine.

Doing the same thing this week-end on an FXD, wild 1 chubby risers and wild 1 drag bars, a little wider than night train bars, I'm gonna try and internally wire the bars. I usually hate anything electrical, so we'll see how it goes. I may be back on asking for help lol.

Madden23, good luck on the wiring. I really didn't want to attempt that. I do enough wiring at work!

Got the bars on with 6" risers, and put it all back together, I didn't run the wires through the bars yet, I wanted to make sure I liked them first. Just got back from a test ride, I absolutely, positively love the change. I have much better leverage, and the bike handles better because the ergonomics are better for me and I'm way more comfortable. The wiring to the speedo is a little tight, it's OK, I fished out a little slack when I removed the left grommet and pulled it as far as it would go before I got to the connector, then shoved it back in. The stock buckhorns were always a weird fit for me, I have really long arms, and they were either too close, or at an odd angle, when I pushed them up.These drag bars are a perfect fit for me, now I gotta do it again and internally wire them, but at least now I know I love them.

I finished it up today. I did not have enough slack in the wiring for the speedo. The only way I could have made it work would be to leave the connector hanging outside the grommet. I ended up pulling the short harness off the bike solder splicing four inches onto it. I got it wrapped up and all back together. Then I adjusted my throttle per the maintenance manual and took off for a ride. I absolutely love the look and feel of the drag bars. It's the best thing I've done since I got the bike.

P.S. The mirrors look good but are now completely useless unless I move my shoulder so I can see...

Stock mirrors on a NT are long stem. It's still hard to see around the shoulders.
