Personally, I like the contrast of black and chrome. Too much black on a bike can be bad, but then everyone has an opinion, and we all know what that's like.
Thanks for the responses everyone, I should've specified that I'm considering blacking my lowers as well. Still undecided...I guess it does ultimately depend on what I do there.
I think I'm definitely gonna black the trees, regardless of the lowers and strut covers. That'll probably be this coming winter though...I don't feel like missing any riding time taking the whole front end apart.
