Good to hear man, I'm glad it worked out for you finally. What ended up being the solution to your problem? I'm gonna R&R mine in the next day or two, this Air Force recruiting job doesn't leave much time for doing the things I want to do, gonna try to get it done tomorrow night.
thanks basicly you i put the rear head pipe in first and had to push down on the pipe in order to get the nut on .once i got the rear done thethe front pipe didnt want to fit. it took another person pushing the pipe around in order to get it it to fit .in the 2 weeks i had it off like 4 times i also painted it but i think it was all worth it . pics to follow promise
i used the stock taperd kind just be carefull when you put them in they crush very easy good luck the thing runs great with the pcv i feels like it pulls alot harder.
A bit of advice: Each week when you check your tire pressure - check the nuts on the T-header where it connects to the heads. I'm not sure why, but I've lost a SH!TLOAD of em over the years. Keep em tight.
