Why are the Thunderheaders so hard to put on? It sounds like they are not manufactured very well. I have never heard of so many problems installing exhaust systems from other companies as I have about the Thunderheader.

I've always slipped any TH right on, but I put on so many pipes for myself and others I guess you just kind of learn an easy way for each pipe...they all go on easy a different way! Just gotta find the right angle & where to start, if you're forcing it on ya haven't found it.

Its just a really tight fit. I've installed a 3 different pipes on my dyna. All have been easy, except these thunderheaders. That was a serious pain in the rear end.

Your crazy man. These pipes are the hardest pipes that I've ever put on. I've had big radius and bassani pipes, and they were cake compared to the THeaders.. not sure why, but it just seems that way.

Chad is spot on. I've never had an issue either. But then again, I've done so many thunderheaders that I probably couldn't mount any other brand, LOL!!
