Got my bob at last
Well, it was worth waiting for, its the best 9k i have ever spent on a bike.
After riding a 1500 wing for the last 9 year, the bob felt like a push bike, except it goes like, s-- of a shovel, and handles better than i ever imagined, just clocked up 300 miles on some nice twisty scotish scenic coastal roads, and best of all the sun was shining, and im still grining like a cheshire cat [sm=smiley14.gif]
Im off to work now, then out to play again as the sun is shining today, i have change the pipes again, from the black se11s, to a set of crome harley nearly straight throughs, which makes it sound like a harley should.

Congratulations on finally getting it! You've probably got some of the most beautiful countryside in the world to enjoy from the saddle.
I really like the black mufflers. Have you considered removing the heat shields and wrapping the headers in black?

It's a shame when reading your post that we don't get to hear what I'm sure is a great Scottish accent. Around my neck of the woods anybody who talks about a Harley sounds like, " Hey buuddy ya gawna gitya sum pyyps fer-at thang?" It's cool that the Bob has that world appeal. Congrats on your new tavern hopper.
