it is a blue bungee it holds down my p-pad for now. it's one of the suction cup types, and it says not to keep it on there without someone sitting on it. it also serves as my 'luggage rack'. i keep 2 longer red ones in my tool pouch just in case. i gotta go out and find some black ones.
