Default STUPID DEALER

I have been waiting patiently for three weeks to get the new fuel injectors for my street bob. The first dealer, Alamo City HD refused to install them saying I dont need them. The second dealer, Javalina HD, understands I need them after arguing with them for two weeks. My bike does not run well enough to even run down the store. I am really getting mad, they just tell me the are on back order. If they would have ordered them when I origionally told them about the problem, I would have got them fixed before every dealer in the country ordered one.

Is anyone else having this problem?

They looked at my bike on a wednesday, HD overnighted the parts and they got installed on Satudurday. A week ago. I think they are BS'ing you, unless Dyna's get different injectors.

I am still running the original injectors. But then again my dealer has a well established Race Team, and over thirty years of experience setting up bikes to get the most out of them. I could not be happier with my 2006 FXDI. I have been riding over Thirty Years, And my dealer and his family have been good examples of Harley Folk.

My bike goes in 5/22 for the new injectors while I get the 1000 mile service & my mods done. I just called the dealer and told the warranty person that my bike was cold stalling and she said......."ok, we will put the new injectors in at your first service and don't worry Harley pays for it" .

Depends on the dealer. The second dealer I went to gave me the injectors no questions asked. They now get all my business. I hope you are in an area with multiple dealers so you can do the same.

I haven't noticed any difference though. but I'm still glad to have them. Hope they solve your problem
