Try MCC or mean city cycle. Did a fair job on my seat tho I would have liked it to cut back more. ( just asked 6'11 friend to feel how it was... it felt he was on the gas tank) But MCC sets it up to your body requirements. Now after about 50 hours in the saddle... They know what doing...I think
Thank god I have highway bars... That MCC job sings to me on the highway bars.... 400 - 600 miles, feel no bad butt. But you may differ
I only did memory foam....nice - there gotta be something better... Still ball roll on, if you hang!
Your ***** will have a isssue, fk
Stock seat for me is great around town, for any long distance I use the sundowner. While it may be fugly, it cusions the tush nicely At only 5'10", it got my short azz legs closer to the forward mounted controls perfectly
I put the sidekick custom seat on mine. The ole lady hates it. But I like it alot. Moved me a little farther back and down compared to the stock solo superglide seat. I have ridden 800 miles and I can say my butt wasn't hurting. I'm 6'6" by the way.
wonder if they could do that to my seat???
also with the sundowner where does that move you relitive to the stock seat...im 6-1..260 i need to be moved away from the bars that's why i got the badlander
any other recommendations out there pros/cons
Tha Daytriper will move you back a bit and a little lower
I went with an expensive choice: the Corbin Dual Tour. It puts me about an inch up, maybe an inch and a half. It's so comfortable: firm, but comfortable. I haven't been able to put more than four hours in one trip on it yet, but it's very comfortable, it also makes me sit straight upright and I feel just right.
This is the best made seat I've ever seen. Fine leather, well stitched, quality. . . that you pay for.
The real beauty of this seat is how it fits the passenger. My gal is right behind me, with a nice wide very comfortable perch, sloped in to be close to me. We're both happy!
Help me, I have a HD leather badlander on my fatbob and it kills my rump after about 100 miles can anyone fix that lol or recommend a better half way decent looking 2up seat thanks guys
I had the same problem when I first installed my Reach seat. 100 miles was as far as I could stand to ride, but now after 11000 miles I think the seat is finally broken in, I can ride all day now with out any discomfort.
