custom back rest insert and shifter linkage

custom back rest insert and shifter linkage
Does anyone know where I can get a custom shifter linkage for a Super Glide (yea, the short linkage) and a custom backrest insert? I want them both to say "Back in Black" for my vivid black SG, being the ac/dc fan and all.
