The big wheel on the front of the FL looks sweet. I have a 16 for now but that WILL change. I don't think I'll go bigger than the 18 but who knows.

Tige:

Outstanding work ... your the author of the design? Certainly seems to have your fingerprints all over it ....

Great job ... I really love it ...

Picking up on the comments about the bags ... it seems kind of like the relatively 'dull' finish of the bags and seat look a little out of place considering how intensely lustrous the rest of the vivid black is ... it's just a preference thing in my opinion ... hard bags would carry out the vivid black theme ... however, here's something that might look really bad @ss: brown leather seat and bags ... maybe if someone could photo shop and show what it'd look like ...

Like I said, I really like it as is ... just offering an idea ...

Rick:

I'm with you on the limit of where I would go with the wheels ... here's what I'm thinking next time I'm due for tires:

Yes, He does plan on getting hard bags, when he bought the bike he didn't want to wait for a RK with hard bags.

Maybe it's the rim and the height (I'm assuming it's a 21?) that add to making it look too skinny.
Anyways...it's just a matter of taste I guess, sort of like the West Coast style where they put modern 22` rims with low profile tires on an old classic muscle car.....It just don't fit my taste is all.

Otherwise killer bike...nice job!!

Looks great, but if it were mine someone else would have to clean those wheels, just too many spokes.
