Put the beers down and stop what your doing. Don't you know that this upgrade requires the expertise of a qualified HD Tech. If you do this yourself, you will most definately void your warranty.

a 40 mm valve stem cover seems excessively large. You will need a lot of glue but your definitely going to get noticed at bike night. Just saying..LOL

18"pipe wrench with a 3' cheater should torque them down pretty good...and you should consider an alarm system...they are a hot item..

Don't forget to ad some back pressure on the stems so that you don't twist them out of the rim.

Forum Safety manager here.
1) Make sure bike is properly placed on the pitbull jack.
2) Secure motorcycle to jack in atleast 4 points.
3) Using caution tape and orange cones make a 10' safety zone around the bike.
4) No one should be in the safety zone without proper safety gear:
a) steel toe harley boots
b) a$$less chaps
c) padded fingerless gloves
d) safety glasses with HD emblem
5) Make sure garage door is completely open for ventilation.
6) Cell phone to be at the ready to call 911.
