Default fishtailing

wife's 09 s/g started to fish tailing. started out ok road most of the day, came to a stop and as she took off it started. its almost like there is a bad tire when the belt twrist but the tires are ok there is only 5000 miles on the bike does anyone have a idea what would cause this?? motor sounds great no warning lights came on shifts good what could i be over looking??

double check air pressure, those tires are fairly stiff so it might "look" ok... Just throwing it out there.

got mag wheels and the air is ok i forgot to add it do this at any speed

Fish tailing or wheel wobble?
If you notice the wheel wobbleing then check for play in the wheel bearings and swing arm, Could also have a broken/worn rear tranny mount.
If is fish tailing, let off the throttle.

about the best way to tell how it is acting is like the back tire is on ice and sliding side to side the belt tenson is good, air is good, checked the both sides of the axle bolts they were the same didnt need to adjust what could it be?? i rode it and she was right it like the bike has a bad tire or something

I'd check the rear mount for broken or loose bolts. Mine was loose from the factory but not enough to be a problem.

Something back there could be broken or loose. The 2009's were supposed to eliminate the rear end slide we get in earlier Dynas because they have only one stablizer. Its under warranty, take it back to the dealer and let a good mechanic ride it. Fishing tailng is usually caused by rapid acceleration or a slippery surface. A dumb question maybe, but did someone put armorall or something similiar on the rear tire? Picked up grease or oil on the tire?
