Front Fork Springs "need help"

Default Front Fork Springs "need help"
I took my front end apart a couple of weeks back to do some polishing and now i cant remember which way the springs go back in. Is it the tight wound end down or the other way around? I know I know DUH!

it dont really matter which end goes in as long as they are both in the same way. I have heard its better with the tight end down but its a spring it works anyway you install it.
