I was going to order the V&H slip-ons but the mechanic talked me out of them. I should have by Tuesday a new set of Cycle Shack slip-ons. I also got the V&H Fuel Pak as he says it is the easiest to work with and their tech support is great. If I don't like them e-bay and buy the V&H's. This is the money I squirreled away from snowplowing.

Dude I get the apprehension. I called my dealer one day and they said no worries "... slip em on and you're good". However, I did call back to see if they would put em on for me and they said yeah we'll do it but for $360.... you'll need this, that and all this other crazy jazz. I talked to friends at home, researched this awesome forum and talked to a guy who has v&h installed and said I don't need to do anything other than slip em on. That's my experience so far. Nothing on my bike has changed other than the sound and it's kick a$$...
