Ya, I bought a set of 3.5 inch risers to put under my apes (so I could try taller bars on the cheap). With the angle of the forks, the bottom of the bars is set back about an inch. Liked the extra height, but didnt like the extra pullback or the looks of apes under a tall riser. Looks like youre trying to get away with something.
The shorter apes like your look ok like that. The extensions look like theyre crafted nicely!
I installed mine yesterday, coulda used that second pair of hands! I like the look and love the extra height on my z-bars. Great option for that sorry integrated riser setup HD gave us. I bought mine straight from Loner. Great product.
