I don't have any pops at all on mine. The only thing you might do is, if you haven;t yet, finish your stage 1 set up and get a good download. The plus side is you'll have a little more HP and torque.

Ditto BuffaloRider's comments. There may be better pipes out there, but for the money, you can't beat the Cycle Shacks. They sound great and save you money to spend on other cool stuff.

I have a set I want to sell. These were on my 01 so they don't have the smog ports on them.

Ive got a set for sale if youre interested. Started at 120, now $100 dollars, I'll cover your shipping (unless you live in bfd on the other side of the moon). They have about just under 5000 miles on them, I loved them but was leaning towards some big radius pipes and went with a new breather efi and them. They have a good tone and when you put the heat on, they make the noise.

According to this months issue of American Rider, Cycle Shack made the Screaming Eagle II's that were discontinued in 2006. Same mufflers.

The current Cycle Shack slip-ons look like the old Harley Davidson off road slip-ons (before Screamin Eagle) that I think Cycle Shack made. I like the stock look of the tapered ones, they are smaller and much lighter than stock though.
