Tore the bob down today. Heads go out Monday. Swap out cams on Wednesday. Wait 10-14 days for heads to come back. Stoked! I'm ready! Many thanks to Tweakin you rock!!
I was planning on going 103cc 9.5:1 with a port job soon, but my bike is running so good with just the cams I'm not in any hurry to down it. That is a quick turn around on your heads. Happy Wrenchin!

Dang guys..... I feel all left out as my bike is back on the road today. Don those pics make the tear down look SO simple but I have to agree with the other post, that I cant tear my bike down on day 26 of sunshine!!!! I have some GREAT bug scars I will have to show ya when we meet again!
Well I know where to turn for help when the winter rolls around and I tear mine down as well.
Tim, the tear down process is fairly basic. There's not much you can't do to these machines as long as you have a service manual and some patience. About 3.5-4 hrs start to finish. I figure 7-8 to assemble.
