I think that bike is awesome. I saw it on the hogpro website. according to above link, he made the bracket. Personally, I would just paint/powder the stock trim ring black as opposed to going through fabricating a bracket and buying a vrod headlight. With the cost of the headlight and making a bracket, you could probably get HID for your stock light and have the trim ring done in black powdercoat. Much better than a stock bulb for sure.
It looks kinda neat, strange rear end with the chrome belt guard, and chrome pully. I think if you chromed the VROD headlight housing then it would match better, but that's me....

the point of the VRod headlight is in fact the looks of it, not to have a brighter light or so
