I put on Vance and Hines big shot duals and a Hypercharger and had the sert and dyno done. It now has 81 HP and 86 FT LBs of torque. It's ballsy as hell now, and just wants to come out from under you. It was well worth the money i spent to have it tuned. I had done the exaust and air cleaner install myself but went to a pro for the tune. He said that he adjusted just about everything on it, changed the timing advance curve and the tuning increased the redline to 6200 rpm which he changed the rev limiter too. I was worried about my gas milege going to crap but it didn't, it's the same as before. It also sounds pretty nasty at idle now, almost like i changed the cams, but i didn't do any internal motor mods. For all you guys that like to hear prices: $540 for the Vance and Hines pipes, $210 for the Hypercharger and $750 to buy the SERT and have it dyno tuned. It was well worth the $1500.
Just got the SERT myself and are looking at different maps to learn more.
I've got a 06 FXDCI with SE torque slip-ons and I'm going to put on the SE AC and flash the ECM with #23 calibration as soon as I get familiar with the SERT.
Dis you by any chance get the map from your dyno tuning?
At 1000 miles, my bike with the basic HD stage one download, SE II's and SE A/C with K&N pulled 73hp/75TQ. So a dead stock bike would do about 65HP/70TQ at the wheel give or take.
