Thanks! I really appreciate it. It's a fun bike to ride, but with the limited power and smaller size of the bike I've outgrown it quickly.
Hmmm... I think Harleys in general are bikes of limited power. 1450 cc's to perform at about the level of a 450 made by anyone else ... but, it's got gobs of torque and a brutish feel that sends testosterone & adrenaline through your wrist and in to your body. It's a whole different rush from a sport bike.
I'll take a bit of both... but, for a daily driver, the Harley is far easier to live with.
Don't know what you dig about bikes. We all have our own reasons. My WG with a few tweaks is plenty for what I want out of it. Met another WG owner dumped the TC 88 out of his and dropped in an S&S 130 - because he said even with the 103 build, the bike still couldn't get out of its own way. I don't get why he'd ride a WG... but then, he probably doesn't get why I'm OK with the 88.
In my mind, you know your bike when you find it. ... keep looking around - when you see it, you'll know.
