Make sure your wires don't rub on the fuel line. I found my stock wire worn where it touched the line. I separated them with a nylon tie wrap - problem solved.

If you want to avoid all contact with your fuel line you can attach a small clip to the horn bolt and run your wire thru it. I used and old brake line clip that I had left over afer installing my new cables. All I had to do was ream the hole of the clip" a bit with a cordless drill. It took about 2 minutes. See photo.

I'll be interested in knowing if those wires cause your ECM to throw any codes. Not saying they will, but there is enough "disinformation" floating around out there...
Who makes them, and were they a direct model application?
If you bring it to my Shop or most any shop, I will not Dyno Tune the bike with out the factory wires and plugs ... Wont throw a code ..
