Thanks man for the ups! i am glad you like them! let me know if you have any ?s on the install bud i can def help you out there! remember to snag a dog bone adapter you going to want that to torque everything down... i did mine with the tank on... the other ones i did with the tank off... take it from me... pull that tank 10X's easier!
it will hold up the heat no problem! those heads do not get near hot enough to screw with the powder
joe... when i do the install, i bet i will have some questions. i do have the manual and the dog bones, so thats a start.
got one right quick... do i need any other gaskets, other than upper and lower rockers and those o-rings... i think i have to mess with the lifters, do i need those gaskets as well? i did try searching any how-tos on here but came up empty...
thats a good idea shiz... or this is another idea i had, i bought these for X amout, then i sell them at the same X amount, means that i just paid for powder. then the next guys sells them at the same X amount, and he just paid for powder and keep the cycle going...
hell man that is a great idea! let me know if you guys want to do something like that it would be great!
you going to need new breather screens and the basic gasket kit... that will do it bud!
Add me to the list of those willing to participate in swapping rocker box covers with Joe. It's been on my to-do list for a long time, too, and it looks like Joe did some damn fine work on yours!
Thanks guys! have to be honest though... Sean coated those bud rocker covers... he lays all the powder i do prep work for the most part... i still powder my own stuff but he is like a magic man with that powder gun so on customers stuff he lays it down! we just work well together and crank out some awesome stuff!
