? on fit SE Heavy Breather #29299-08
I just ordered a SE Heavy Breather 29299-08 from Zanotti. The 09 Accessory Catalog shows it for the 08 & up Dyna but doesn't show it applicable to the 07 Dyna. Can't find my SE Race catalog, so called the local HD dealer. Apparently it shows it as good for the Dynas in there, just doesn't show it as "Street Legal." Zanotti wanted to cancel the order but I told them to go ahead with it. I'm assuming other riders have this set-up on their 07 and earlier dynas. Search function wasn't very helpful, for me anyway.

Fits ’08-later DynaŽ and SoftailŽ models with Original
Equipment throttle body. Street legal when used with original
equipment throttle body. Also fits ’99-’07 Dyna, Softail
and Touring models (race application only). Does not fit
models equipped with fairing lower glove boxes.*

Thanks for the reply bberck. I figured the local dealer knew what he was talking about. I was surprised that Zanotti wanted to cancel the order based on the info in the 09 Accessory book though. They're usually sharper than that.
